ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT
The subject of this contract is the sale and delivery of the product with the specifications and sale price specified below, which the BUYER orders electronically from the DRESSWEDEN website, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on the Implementation of Distance Contracts, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL TERMS
4.1- The BUYER declares that they have read the product's basic features, sale price, payment method, and delivery information on the DRESSWEDEN website and that they have confirmed this information electronically.
4.2- The product will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization indicated by the BUYER within the time period stated in the general information on the website, depending on the distance from the BUYER’s location, without exceeding the legal 3-day period.
4.3- If the product is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER shall not be held responsible if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery.
4.4- The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product in sound condition, without defects, in accordance with the specified characteristics in the order, along with any guarantee certificates and user manuals, if applicable.
4.5- The product will be delivered upon receipt of the signed contract by the SELLER and the payment of the full price by the BUYER using the chosen payment method. If for any reason the product price is not paid or is canceled by the bank records, the SELLER will be relieved of the obligation to deliver the product.
4.6- If the product has been delivered to the BUYER but the BUYER’s credit card is used by unauthorized persons due to reasons not attributable to the BUYER, and the bank or financial institution refuses to pay the product price to the SELLER, the product must be returned to the SELLER within 3 days, provided it has already been delivered to the BUYER. In this case, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER.
4.7- If the SELLER is unable to deliver the product within the specified time due to force majeure or extraordinary situations such as bad weather conditions or transportation disruptions, they are obliged to inform the BUYER of this situation. In such a case, the BUYER may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or a delay in delivery until the obstruction is lifted. If the BUYER cancels the order, the paid amount will be refunded within 10 days.
4.8- Products sold with a guarantee certificate, whether defective or not, can be returned to the SELLER for repair under the terms of the guarantee. In this case, the shipping costs are covered by the SELLER.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1- There is no right of withdrawal for international orders. The BUYER acknowledges that they will be fully informed about the product’s characteristics before purchase and agrees to these terms.
5.2- The right of withdrawal is valid only for orders within Turkey.

ARTICLE 6 - JURISDICTION
In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the amount announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Consumer Courts located at the BUYER’s or SELLER’s place of residence are authorized.
