I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I WANT TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In case you forget your password, you can click the "Forgot My Password" link on the "Member Login" page. After entering your email address associated with your account, complete the security box and request a new password.
Alternatively, you can contact our WhatsApp support line with your email address and the phrase "Forgot My Password." Our support team will assign you a temporary password. After logging in, you will need to change your password.


CAN I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS?
Your registered email address cannot be changed. If you'd like to use a different email address, you must create a new account with the new address.


HOW CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
To cancel your membership, send an email with the subject "Cancel My Membership" from the email address registered with your account to satis@dressweden.com. Our team will process your request within 7 business days.
Alternatively, you can contact us via WhatsApp support with your email address and the phrase "I want to cancel my membership."


HOW CAN I UPDATE MY MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION?
You can update your membership information by visiting the "My Account" page.


CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT?
You can place an order without being a member. Simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart, and during the checkout process, select "Continue Without Registering."
You will receive order updates via the email address and phone number provided during checkout.
However, we recommend placing an order as a member to access your order details and enjoy discounts.


HOW CAN I SUBSCRIBE TO THE NEWSLETTER?
You can subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email address in the "Subscribe to Dressweden Newsletter" section on the homepage, and stay informed about our campaigns and special offers.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Except for pre-order products, other orders are typically shipped the next business day. (Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and campaign periods.)
If your order includes items that need to be sourced, shipping times may be delayed.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier's workload, but in general, orders within Istanbul are expected to arrive within 2 days.
Once your order is shipped, you can track its status through the "My Account" section under "My Orders" and by clicking the "Where is My Package?" link.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After logging in, click the account icon at the top right of the homepage. Under "My Orders," you can track your order using the tracking code sent to you in the email and SMS notifications, or by contacting the respective shipping company.


WILL ITEMS IN MY CART RUN OUT OF STOCK?
If you do not complete the purchase, the items in your cart may become unavailable.


WHERE CAN I FIND THE BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS FOR MY BANK TRANSFER ORDER?
When you choose the bank transfer payment option during checkout, you can view our bank account details.
Please make sure to include your order number when making the bank transfer.
To expedite the process, please fill out the Bank Transfer Notification Form in the "My Account" section.
If the payment is not completed within 2 business days, your order will be automatically canceled.
Orders with bank transfer payments will only be processed once the payment has been received.
