How do I receive my order?
All international orders are shipped with PTS Cargo. Each product has a specific production time clearly stated on the product page. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a PTS Confirmation email with your PTS tracking number.
How long does it take to ship?
Estimated delivery times vary from **2 to 7 days** worldwide depending on destination.
Will I pay any taxes or duties?
Our shipping origin is Istanbul, Turkey and all international orders are subject to customs inspection.
Dressweden ships all orders as PTS (DAP) Delivery. However, please note that the product prices shown on our website do not include international customs duties. Any additional customs fees or taxes imposed by your country on international orders must be paid by the recipient as Dressweden is not responsible for these fees.
Can I cancel my order?
If you change your mind after placing your order, no problem! You can send an email to **sales@dressweden.com** or contact us on WhatsApp at +90 212 248 38 47 and we will cancel your order if it has not been sent yet.
However, once the order has been sent **cancellations cannot be processed**.
Can I return my order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
